RAYLEIGH, ESSEX
We specialise in servicing, maintaining, and repairing German-brand vehicles, and we're lookinfg for someone who takes pride in delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
This is a varied role that includes not only workshop duties but also customer service. You'll be speaking to customers, discussing vehicle repairs and maintenance, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Previous experience or knowledge of reception or service advisor duties would be an advantage.

What we are looking for

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technicican

Experience working on German vehicles is preferred

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Excellent customer service and communcation skills

Previous reception or service advisor experience is beneficial

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
